Great service, friendly staff and reasonably priced.
We have just finished a self service wash at Chapel Laundry and found them to be excellent so we leave them 5 stars. Friendly staff and helpful with the machines. We got all our laundry done quickly - washed and dried 4 medium sized loads within 90 minutes. Its one for my bookmarks so that we can reuse this service in the future on the Isle of Wight.
Used the laundry for 2 years since set up, John & Julia provided a good service in the first season but last season ironing become very poor and marks not removed. We were paying for a service , I did not expect to have to rewash and re iron linen that I had paid to be laundered professionally. When I pointed out these issues it was not taken well. On one occasion a whole bag of laundry was taken back and re laundered as John agreed it was not to standard.
