Was expecting the current refurbishments to be completed since last visiting hotel, unfortunately they weren't. So can't comment on changes to outside facilities. Was hoping they would do more to the spa area. Although there are now hairdryers in the two changing rooms whereas before there were none. Could still do with some TLC .....
Lovely hotel good food friendly staff ..I loved the sauna.
Started off with a nice massage before being abandoned and left with to discover the rest of the spa myself. Spa pool & Sauna was cold. Didnt get all of the package that we booked and when we asked staff at the hotel about what was happening they didnt have a clue.
Just got a spray tan by one of the utopia girls very friendly and polite it's my go to place for a spray tan cos who doesn't like a tan for Christmas lol highly recommend utopia everytime
