A huge thank you to Sophie and her Manager Geoff and all the "back room" staff for the wonderful Ladies Charity long weekend they arranged and perfected for our 162 guests at the Shanklin Hotel. went to folkestone grand birston hotel as a group of 4 friends. booked two double rooms, ended up with a double and a twin. eventually was placed in another double room but 4 floors away from friends. shower didnt work, power kept going out so no lights a lot of the time. swimming pool use was extra fee. A really Grubby hotel. Makes Fawlty Towers look like the Ritz. First and last time I will use them.
