Basic seaside cafe. Food was ok, mostly microwaved, service friendly and the place is clean.
Simple food with a friendly atmosphere. Tool the kids and they were more than happy with the food on offer I opted for a simple burger and it ticked the box nicely, only thing I think you could gripe at was probably the heavy use of onions in the salad... But since I like them it didn't bother me. Free WiFi is a nice addition given that it's a mobile dead spot for some networks. Overall basic lunch and food that will satisfy kids and family.
Kind of an upmarket Greasy Spoon, this seaside caf overlooking the pier in Sandown does not disappoint. With super hot coffee and generous freshly cooked fare, its the ideal seaside snack stop. Visiting recently after 5 years we sat at the same table and greedily eyed the Knickerbocker Glories which still looked as good as they did when my children were younger. Love this homely place, worth a trip up the hill from the pier.
