Great bar in Sandown, staff friendly, good for food.

Needing lunch on the first day of our holiday, we ended up here and loved it. The food is reasonably priced and the staff friendly. Our youngest (4 years old) wouldn't have managed something off of the standard menu, so a special sandwich was made up for him. Whilst we waited (which wasn't that long) some colouring and games were found to keep them amused. Would definitely revisit.
Visited on the spur of the moment while staying in Sandown.Unassuming place from the outside, inside down the stairs was a lovely little restaurant. Staff were very friendly, chatty and helped us choose from the menu.Food arrived after a short wait and was fabulous. After eating we stayed for a drink in the bar, upstairs.Happy to recommend to anyone, it's every bit the hidden gem. We'll visit again when back on the island.
Possibly my favourite place to eat and drink in the isle of white. Really suited my group. Great staff, great food and drink and well priced. Has a great aesthetic, can tell it used to be a bank. Only 4 stars as they had a small fly problem when we went. +Dog friendly
