They do the best salmon scrambled egg ever. Staff are very pleasant. Lovely clean place. Love it.
Really like this venue which the name emplies is indeed a old bandstand. Great views out across Sandown Bay, though the main building is elevated there is provision for seating at ground level. Really nice fish and chips, with well presented and cooked food.
Found this lovely place for late lunch when visiting Sandown for the day. Food was amazing and staff were very friendly. Also left my glasses behind which the owner kindly posted back to London for me. Thanks again and look forward to visiting again when back on the Isle of Wight
Good view good place good coffee good community. What else do you need? The most impression for me here is how local people love their isle. Both at the beach and at the museum, there is a unity among these people. I am really impressed in this isle. Oh... there is a golf field beside the restaurant and this restaurant has its own long story serving customers here.
Food and service really good. My steak was excellent. Nice view of the beach. Well looked after and everything nice and clean. In the evening more could be done to improve the lighting and make it a bit more atmospheric, but that's a small thing to fault. Would recommend.
