I have just had my first Christmas here and it was great the food was very good staff was very friendly Just need up grade on bed but other wish very clean and a lovely place to go with beach just a cross the road and will be go back next year just would like to thank them for a lovely holiday
Great hotel friendly staff fantastic music 50s 60s 70s and 80s
Very comfortable beds (I'm disabled so that matters to me)...we were given a ground floor room for easy access for me. The room was very clean as was the bathroom...I would say that the room was a little bit basic...but the comfy bed made up for that. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Start with the pros - close to the beach, close to Sandown centre.Now the cons - Wasn't the best experience, lack of breakfast at decent times was an annoyance seeing as half of the morning has disappeared before it is served (9:30-10:00), now looking back on the Food Standards Agency website I am glad I missed it as they have a 1* food safety rating . First impression when going to the room was smell of people smoking in their rooms. Towels being changed once a week is off putting. Wi-fi is rubbish and unreliable. Decor needs a bit of TLC. Overall wouldn't recommend.
