A slightly dated hotel with limited sound proofing but reasonable facilities and seafront location. Friendly staff. A nice breakfast but a buffet would have been better.
Good. Our room was a boucany room and I loved the good view outside and the beds were good. 5 stars.
We arrived originally to stay 1 night and ended up staying an extra night with no fee for changing the ferry times to a extra day, the staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and gets cleaned every day, this is not a complaint but we was offered breakfast and dinner, breakfast was 10 pound per person when you can walk 5 minutes up the high street and get a full English for 3.99 but did not affect us as wanted to eat out anyway overall it's a perfect get away right in front of a stunning sandy beach. Been here twice and defonetly be returning
Five adults (4 males 1 female) acomodated in 2 rooms with access between rooms. Only problem was 1 adult with mobility issues had to negotiate flight of stairs from reception to get to rooms. At checkout we were informed that disabled guests can ask for key to access hotel from street level from the High Street. Would stay again now that we are aware of this. All stay should be making disabled guests aware of this.
