We visited the restaurant for an evening meal and were blown away by the food and service.Staff were incredibly professional, making you feel welcomed and comfortable, food was first rate and all delivered in good time.
We enjoyed our stay .The staff were always helpful and friendly. The food was good and we found the hotel very relaxing..only gripe would be although the bed linen was good the duvet felt like a board and it was slow getting hot water in the bathroom.
Room was fairly basic but warm, clean and cosy and we really liked the jacuzzi bath. There was also lots of tea/coffee bits. Also had a hairdryer and iron and board which was great. Staff were great and really helpful - thank you for rearranging the ferry for us after I became unwell. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Would definitely recommend and nice area very near to Sandown Pier.
In need of some TLC inside and out. Clean but dated. Breakfast good. Nice selection behind the bar. Indoor and outdoor pools could be lovely...
Like everything on the Island, it's like stepping back in time. Breakfast was good, but we didn't have an evening meal here.Good for the price, but would struggle to really recommend. Got the impression the focus was on the spa, not the hotel.
