Room heating is bad. Heating turn on 6pm, off 6.30am. The temperature was 10 degree or lower. For the price we paid, there is no value for money.

Excellent guesthouse in Isle of Wight. The host was super friendly and the breakfast was one of the best included meal I ever had in a local guesthouse. Really recommend.
Brilliant place, Rooms cleaned daily Beds are comfortable the breakfast is what you would expect the people who run the hotel can not do enough for you it really is a nice place to stay and I would be more than happy to return, I am very fussy about hotels but I would recommend this one, I stayed 4 Nights and could not be happier
