I stayed for two nights when I arrived I found a desk that you check into yourself and my whole stay I only saw someone at the desk when I left but if you needed someone you could press a button, I had a very good stay, the bed was comfortable, the tv was big and the parking was very good. The bathroom was very clean and nice however the soap for the bath and for the sink were the same by looking at the appearance which is worrying if Im washing my hair and body with it, luckily I brought my own toiletries which I recommend but the are included. Around the room there was an abundance of towels of different sizes which was nice and there was free tea, coffee and water although the water glasses were rather dirty/water stained. The room had purple lights above the bed which was nice to sleep to and there was even a little sofa type thing in the corner of the room which was a nice touch. This hotel is very well located with a kfc being built next door, a supermarket across the road and a restaurant that is also across the road. There is even more food places located up the road which is always convenient. Overall my stay here was very nice and I will definitely stay here again.
Brilliant hotel! Very new and good quality. Got good price. Staff were very helpful and polite. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast room and breakfast were excellent, although busy at the weekend. Will definitely be going back as close to family.
Everything good. Room and bathroom very clean. Bed very comfortable for a good night sleep. Very quiet. The only thing is that to have signal on your phone I had to go out. In the rooms there's no signal if you want to make or receive a phone call
Very clean hotel, friendly staff always willing to help.Wheelchair access was brilliant, lift to first floor, very spacious room.Rooms have heating/air con but would be really nice if the window would open to let in some fresh air.Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, always a table available but the room was on the small side when busy which made wheelchair navigation difficult.Marstons pub very close by, good honest pub grub and good value for money.
Stayed just one night but all the staff were very happy, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, quiet and we slept well. The breakfast was well stocked with a good variety of buffet items as well as hot food. Kids were well catered for and would stay again.
